I want to train with an friend of mine.
I do fitness myself so increasing muscle or get stronger muscles is no problem.
but I don't know what to do where to start.
I jog every day till my body shakes and barely walk.
But still I need help.
please help me out.
we want to train 3/6 times a week.
4-6 hour workout a day.
What I want to accomplish is becoming agile, gain more power, speed, and become flexible so I can do some high round kicks etc.
I just want to become stronger!!
Please help me out with an workout schedule.
Doesn't matter how difficult you make it, I can do it!
Pleae help me out,
and don't refer me to bruce lee's books cause I already read them

I've read a lot on the internet and martial arts articles,books etc.
I've got a lot of instruction dvd's and such.. |
