I saw on the german language board about the cdrom. Will this also available in the english language? If not I am thinking of ordering the German version as it also discusses workouts and that always interests me. If I order how much are the shipping costs inside Europe and how should we pay. (is it possible to use paypal?)

When we started creating the CD, we actually thought about an english version. But due to the high costs for a professional translation and through lack of foreign orders we just made the german one yet. Maybe it will be translated sooner or later depending on the demand.

My personal opinion:
Björn's videos are worth it and his workouts too. Yet the workout and exercise descriptions contain essential instructions in german. Furthermore Björn's texts are very interesting and depict his idea of Fighter-Fitness. Nevertheless, if you decide to order the CD we will support you as best as we can in this forum.
