This message is also posted on another board but I want to ask it here also. Hope you don't mind.
Just a question out of curiousity. Who does only the royal court. What
are your experiences and with what numbers you started and how fast
you went up in the numbers?
Next couple of weeks I do not have much time to workout but I want to
do something so I thought of doing the royal court but I want to ad
some push ups on 3 chairs with the power push ups and maybe some
powerwheel exercises. Any suggestions? Do you one set or multiple sets
etc etc. Look forward to your replies.
Last week I got a tip on how to perform hindu pushups to prevent back pain. In this I was supposed to keep the back as straight as possible, so without the arching and use the arms and shoulders to return. I tried it already several times (using the portable power jumper so I move more slowly) and it helps (for me at least), no back pain and my arms/shoulders get a great workout). It is great to do them again and no back pain. |

I think the Royal Court is great and I love Dands and Bethaks. However I think you should always change your workout to prevent overtraining and to set a new motivation.
When you do the Royal Court you can add Burpees and Pull Ups and do it like a circle training.
15 Push Ups
30 Squats
10 Burpees
5 Pull Ups
and again.
This is fun and works your cardio too.
Take care

Hi,
the royal court consists of hindu pushups, hindu squats and a back bridge, isn't it ?
Greetings,
