Hi Bjorn! I was reffered to this forum after posting a question about the Warrior Diet on the strength and conditioning forum on mma.tv. I've read about 80% of the book (all of the major stuff) and I was just interested in some input from someone who has been following it for a while. I find the diet pretty natural for me as I tend to undereat during the day anyway, but I was just curious about a couple of details.
1. What types of specific foods do you personally like to eat during the undereating and overeating phase? What is a typical day of eating like for you?
2. Do you think it is important to follow the author's rule of eating more subtle tasting foods first and then move to more aggressive tastes (raw vegies, then cooked veggies, then protein and carbs) during the overeating phase or do you think that the order doesn't really matter?
3. I notice in the book that the author says the undereating phase should not last longer than 16 to 18 hours including the time that you sleep. I don't quite understand this point. For example, if I had my large evening meal at 8pm, then 16 to 18 hours after that would be between 12pm and 2pm the next day. This is way too early for the overeating phase to start. Do you know what the author is trying to say here?
Thanks a lot for your help and I look forward to the start-up of your english site.

Hello,
I use a modified form of the Warrior Diet because I work out for about 3 hours a day and it is hard to keep my energy level without certain foods.
What I have over the day is fruits and berrys and I´am not restricted in terms of how much I eat. I also have some almonds or nuts or seeds. And also I eat either cottage cheese or a protein shake for getting enough proteins.
In the evening I start with a big (real big salad) including all kind of vegetables, also some beans and some cheese.
Then I mostly eat fish or chicken or tofu. I don´t eat red meat in general. Maybe once every two month or so.
I also eat rice (I love basmati) and pasta but in moderation. Sometimes I eat bread but not very often.
I also try to get more vegetables with my meal and enough good oils like olive oil, flaxseedoil, fishoil
My only weakness is chocolate but that´s o.k. I can eat it after a few hours of training.
I don´t know if it is important to eat food in a special order. The only think I look for is that I have salad first and then my meal.
I don´t know what he means by 12-18 hours. I don´t care too much about that. I just have one meal in the evening.
Take care
