I was wondering about starting to use the dive bomber instead of the hindu push ups as these give me a lot of back problems so I have to skip these. I only have one problem with it. After I have done the first half so when your arms are straight and you are looking up you need to reverse the movement but somehow I just cannot get my arms bend properly back to the position as a normal push up position. from the down position I have no problem with thr reverse pushing movement. But is we would split the movement in 4 parts:
1 going down (under the fence so to call)
2. straighten your arms
3. reverse movement 2
4. reverse movement 1
so I have problems with part 3, any suggestions to work at these? As maybe I might one day start try using these. But at the moment I am very satisfied with the push ups on 3 chairs using the PPU2 with it.

I'm not sure if I quite undestood your problem and if it's more a matter of strength or movement.
The backward movement you described gets more difficult the more you lean forward and the closer your hands are positioned near your center of gravity. Maybe you should change part 2. Try an upward instead of a forward movement! That's how it gets easier for me.

Maybe your upper body is to much infront of your hands so you lose your balance.
It is strange because normally the hard part is step 4 (using your description).
Take care
